Book Signing Saturday, August 28
Rio Rancho mystery writer J.P. Hudson will be at Under Charlie's Covers from 10:00 am until 1:00 pm on Saturday, August 28. He will be selling and signing his two novels, A Senior's Moment: A Balloon Murder in New Mexico and The Balloon Eye: Murder in the High Desert. Both will be for sale for a discounted price of $15.
Book Signing Saturday, September 4
Margaret Nava will be selling and signing her novels Egret Cove and Hummingbird Ridge, as well as her non-fiction works Along the High Road:A Guide to New Mexico's High Road to Taos and Remembering: A Guide to New Mexico's Cemeteries, Monuments and Memorials from 10am until noon.
Book Signing Saturday, September 25
Santa Fe historian Harry Fulsom will be at Under Charlie's Covers from noon until 2:00pm. He will be selling, signing and discussing his bi-lingual work The Governors and the Franciscans in New Mexico, 1598-1700. Copies will be available for $15.
In August, enjoy favorites John Grisham and Danielle Steele paperbacks for $1.00 each! Trade credit cannot be used with this offer. A hot deal for a cool read!
Idalia Road Marketplace is a wonderful new place to shop outdoors in a festive atmosphere with live entertainment, food and a variety of unique wares. Charlie's Book Club
Broaden your reading horizons, discover new authors and make new friends!
Charlie's Book Club is meeting again on Tuesday, September 14th at 4:00PM. Our next book selection is The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo by Steig Larsson.

To participate, all you have to do is just read the book and come ready to discuss it.

For October, our book club selection is Paradise by Toni Morrison. We will meet October 12th at 4pm.

Under Charlie's Covers is Sandoval County's finest independent used bookstore. We have a huge selection of hardback, paperback and audio books, fiction and nonfiction, for half off the cover price. Let us help you find what you are interested in!
We are located in the Bernalillo Plaza, across from Flying Star Cafe.

Trade Policy
We love your gently-used books! Bring them in for trade credit towards books in our store.
We offer credit of 25% of the cover price for used paperbacks.
For hardbacks the price varies.

Under Charlie's Covers cannot offer trade credit for the following:

Books with broken bindings
Ex-Library books
Most text books
Readers Digest Condensed Books
Outdated Travel Guides
Serial Romances (numbered or dated)

Books that have Goodwill or other discount stickers on them will be credited for 25% of the sticker price, so please remove the stickers before bringing them in.
Trade credit is good for two years after the date traded. A 25 cent service charge per book will be charged when using trade credit. Customers with existing trade credit prior to April 15 will not be charged this fee until the existing credit is used up.
