Happy New Year!
We have exciting news!
Under Charlie's Covers is moving! We will more than double our current size with plenty of room to grow. Our last day of business at our current location will be January 22. We will reopen February 1 at our new location:
120 E. Highway 550 in Bernalillo
For those of you who know the area, we are moving about two blocks north into the shopping center near Walgreens. We will be on the end in the old Movie Gallery space. Unfortunately, until we are settled in our new location, we will not be able to take any more books in trade.
We encourage you to come in and use your credit!
And for our customers who don't use trade credit, we will continue our awesome sale, Buy One, Get One For half price!

Join Charlie's Book Club
Broaden your reading horizons, discover new authors and make new friends!
Charlie's Book Club meets on the second Tuesday of the month at 4pm in the afternoon. Our February book is A Tree Grows in Brooklyn by Betty Smith.
To participate, all you have to do is just read the book and come ready to discuss it.
Our book selection for March is The Lacuna by Barbara Kingsolver

Under Charlie's Covers is Sandoval County's finest independent used bookstore. We have a huge selection of hardback, paperback and audio books, fiction and nonfiction, for half off the cover price. Let us help you find what you are interested in!
We are currently located in the Las Huertas Plaza, across from Flying Star Cafe.

Trade Policy
We regret that Under Charlie's Covers cannot accept any more trade books until we are settled in our new location. We will let you know when we are able to start trading again!

Under Charlie's Covers cannot offer trade credit for the following:

Books with broken bindings
Hardback books without dust covers
Ex-Library books
Most text books
Readers Digest Condensed Books
Outdated Travel Guides
Serial Romances (numbered or dated)

Books that have Goodwill or other discount stickers on them will be credited for 25% of the sticker price, so please remove the stickers before bringing them in.
Trade credit is good for two years after the date traded. A 25 cent service charge per book will be charged when using trade credit. Customers with existing trade credit prior to April 15 will not be charged this fee until the existing credit is used up.
